In conjunction with Snap Fitness, we’re offering free weekly group training sessions for men and women of all ages and ability levels.
All are welcome! Whether you’re a resident at the Square, or just looking for an active start to your weekend, we’d absolutely love to have you along.
No registration is necessary, simply join us at 8am for an hour of fun, friends, and fitness. All equipment is provided — just make sure you wear some loose comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.

Fitness in the Park is being run every Saturday until February 3rd—excluding 30th December— on the back-pitch at Frank Mitchell Reserve (corner of Todville Street and Elizabeth Street).
Classes are subject to change dependent on weather and turnout.
