Close To Wherever You Need To Be
At The Square, you’re as close to the city as you are to the beach — just 20 minutes from both.
As for shopping, you’re within easy access of Westfield West Lakes and the cultural melting pots of Port Adelaide and Semaphore.
In fact, you’ll never be far from anywhere you need or want to be, and getting there is simple. The Square is so close to public transport — bus services and the Grange train line all make coming and going much easier.
Essential services are also close-by — the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woodville West Kindergarten, primary and secondary schools and a great mix of sporting facilities are just a hop, skip and jump away.
Getting involved with local sports clubs is just as convenient. For soccer fans, there’s the White City Football Club; while golf enthusiasts are just minutes away from Grange, Royal Adelaide and Riverside golf courses. And there’s Frank Mitchell Park — a busy hub of sporting activity all year round.
A modern, vibrant space, with everything you could need and want within reach. How easy is that?
Connected To Your Community, Work And Lifestyle
The Square’s informal community spaces will feature broad walkways and beautifully landscaped areas to meet friends, relax and enjoy the good life.
The Square is designed in a way that makes getting from A to B easy, and easy on the eye — it’s a walkable neighbourhood with a lively hub of local shops, cafés, playgrounds, a plaza and public art.
As well as the excellent public transport options, Port Road provides a direct, 20-minute drive into the city.
While access onto South Road conveniently links your new home to Adelaide’s Northern and Southern regions, where you’ll find food and wine, walking trails, beaches, bush, and your life beyond The Square.
Public art on your doorstep
The Square’s first public art work and entry statement was completed by Thebarton-based designers, Groundplay.
Inspired by popular culture icons, including artist Piet Mondrian and the Monopoly board game, the work titled Metropoly, serves as a striking piece of public art to people entering The Square or using the shared path or train service running parallel.
The lattice is formed from a tracing of Woodville West and the street network surrounding The Square with 3-dimensional houses floating within the grid. The artwork forms the new fence along the bike path and Alma Apartment building.
The Square is where convenience, contemporary lifestyle and enlightened living meet. Buy new land at The Square and remain close and connected to everything that’s important to you.
